Welcome to CleanDash. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our cleaning services, website, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CleanDash.
2. Service Description
CleanDash provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Regular cleaning services
- Deep cleaning and specialized cleaning
- Move-in/move-out cleaning
- Commercial cleaning services
- Emergency cleaning services
- Additional services as requested
3. Booking and Scheduling
3.1 Booking Process
All cleaning services must be booked through our official channels (website, mobile app, or phone). We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion.
3.2 Scheduling and Cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
3.3 Service Time Windows
We provide estimated arrival times but cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Our cleaning teams will arrive within the scheduled time window.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Service Pricing
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices may vary based on property size, cleaning requirements, and service type.
4.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.
4.3 Late Payment
Late payments may incur additional fees and interest charges. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.
5. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when booking services
- Ensure safe access to the property for our cleaning staff
- Remove or secure valuable items before our arrival
- Provide necessary access codes, keys, or instructions
- Ensure the property is safe and free from hazards
- Be present or available for communication during service delivery
- Provide feedback within 24 hours of service completion
6. Service Guarantee and Satisfaction
6.1 Service Quality
We are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion.
6.2 Re-cleaning Policy
If you report an issue within 24 hours of service completion, we will arrange for a re-cleaning of the affected areas at no additional cost, subject to our assessment of the reported issues.
6.3 Limitations
Our guarantee does not cover issues resulting from customer interference, damage to property, or conditions beyond our control.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
CleanDash carries comprehensive insurance coverage for our cleaning services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided or the actual value of any damage caused by our negligence, whichever is less.
7.2 Customer Liability
Customers are responsible for ensuring their property is adequately insured. We are not liable for damage to items that were not properly secured or removed before our arrival.
7.3 Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or labor disputes.
8. Health and Safety
We are committed to maintaining a safe working environment for our staff and customers. Our cleaning staff are trained in safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment when necessary.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use our services for illegal purposes
- Provide false or misleading information
- Interfere with our cleaning staff during service delivery
- Request services that violate health and safety regulations
- Use our services in properties that pose health or safety risks
- Attempt to circumvent our booking or payment systems
11. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with CleanDash are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
12. Termination
12.1 By You
You may terminate your use of our services at any time by providing written notice to us.
12.2 By Us
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, our staff, or our business.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any legal proceedings will be brought in the courts of New South Wales.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CleanDash regarding the use of our services.
17. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
